What is Type 2 Diabetes?
Type 2 Diabetes comprises 95% of all cases of diabetes.

2. Engage in regular exercise. A major government study called The Diabetes Prevention Program has revealed that losing as little as 5% of one’s bodyweight can slash the risk of developing diabetes by almost a whopping 60%.

Avoid foods that will appreciably raise your blood sugar (glucose) levels quickly, such as grains (pasta, bread), sugar, and fruits.
