Grassland Beef Recommendation
And now for a recommendation you might not expect on a site about nutritional supplements.
First, a bit of a preface on the following recommendation...
Using nutritional supplements should never be an excuse for a poor diet. In fact, improving the foods you eat should be the primary vehicle in achieving better health for anyone.

One of the solutions is to buy only fresh organic produce. It's a bit more expensive, but well worth it not only in terms of health, but taste.
The second problem is that the meats we eat are also a lot less healthy for us nowadays.
This is because major meat products, such as cattle, are fed grains (not grass, which is their natural food), are over treated with growth hormones, antibiotics, and are not allowed to free range as nature intended to cite several prominent reasons.

Omega 3 fatty acids are found in green, leafy foods, and are converted during the cattle's digestive process into a readily bio-available form that humans can use. Grassland Beef contains more Omega 3 fatty acids because its cattle eat more green, leafy foods (grass)....not grains.
Back to CLA again for a moment...
Found in significant levels in Grassland Beef, CLA has been shown to prevent and suppress cancer growth. In fact, CLA was discovered by Michael Pariza during his anti-cancer research at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Multiple scientific studies, using both laboratory animals and humans, have concluded that CLA prevents and suppresses cancer.
Omega 3 fatty acids have also been shown to have a cancer-fighting effect. These anti-carcinogenic substances are found in higher concentration in grass-fed beef, such as Grassland Beef.
CLA is also shown to reduce body fat.
Several studies have shown that there is a definite correlation between increased CLA intake and decreased body fat, and a positive correlation between increased CLA and increased lean body mass. The same studies even link higher CLA consumption to reduced rates of diabetes! Grassland Beef has up to 40% more CLA than beef that is produced conventionally.
